Our conceptual plan for Adams Park in Birmingham, MI was recently approved unanimously by Birmingham's City Commission. We worked with the adjacent neighborhoods and key stakeholders involved to understand what the park meant to them, and what it needed to become. The space should be a place for everyone and we look forward to the coming months as we continue development. Read more here:

We recently received a Merit Award from the Michigan ASLA for our work on the Evergreen Road Corridor in Southfield, Michigan. The work we did transformed the area from being predominantly vehicle focused to making it pedestrian friendly. The hope being that it entices restaurants and other retail stores to open along the corridor.
Our Urban Getaway project recently received an Honor Award from the Michigan ASLA for our integration of indoor/outdoor living space and coming up with a unique solution that respected the spaces setback requirements. It was commented that "It’s projects like this that separates landscape architects from basic landscape designers."
Neighborhood SEEN Magazine recently profiled our firm, as Michael talked about what it means to shape the landscape for a specific function. He also explained how the firm works with each client to help define what matters to them most. The Construction Association of Michigan (CAM) magazine recently profiled eTitle, highlighting how it brought new life to the Big Beaver Road corridor in Troy, Michigan. Our firm was involved throughout the entire project, from the initial discussion of what could be possible, to bringing in other collaborators to help execute the overall vision. We found it most rewarding to take a corporate building and create functional and beautiful outdoor living spaces within that setting—spaces that actually get used and enjoyed!
